A WORK FOR SOLO ORGAN

I "Let all mortal flesh keep silence and stand with fear and trembling,"
II "And lift itself above all earthly thought."
III "For the King of kings and Lord of lords cometh forth to be an offering"
IV "And to give to all the faithful His own self for heavenly food."
V "Before Him come the choirs of angels with every principality and power;"
VI "The Cherubim with countless eyes, the six-winged Seraphim veil their faces to the presence,"
VII "And their voices rise in the hymn: Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia!"    

Commissioned for Philip Crozier to celebrate his twenty-fifth year as Music Director of St James United Church, Montréal and the restoration of Casavant opus 1608, 2011-2012.
