1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We ask that you carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. The use of our music by you, your church, school, or organization, implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. LICENSE

We grant to you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-assignable license for personal or institutional, noncommercial use, subject to the following terms and limitations.

3. PERMISSIONS

Permission is granted for use of the selected Licensed PDF music file only.

Title, writer and publisher credit shall appear in conjunction with all uses of the music. You may make one electronic copy of the PDF music file solely for back-up purposes.

You may print copies of the PDF music file only in the quantity indicated in your receipt, for personal, or institutional purposes (e.g. performance, personal study, musical teaching) but for no other purpose. You may perform the music in public concert only with a valid Performance License, where applicable.

4. PROHIBITIONS

You may not distribute the PDF music file or any copy, in whole or in part, except as provided herein. You may not make derivatives, alterations or modifications to the PDF music file or any copy.

You may not sub-license, rent, share, lease, lend, sell, entrust, assign, distribute, transfer, or grant others on a temporary or permanent basis any rights in this Agreement, the PDF music file, or the underlying composition. You may not remove the copyright interest and/or designation from any copy of the PDF music file.

You may not distribute the PDF music file through a centralized library or other online distribution mechanism. You may not make video or audio recordings of the music without a valid Mechanical or Synchronization License.

5. TERMINATION

This agreement shall be effective as of the date of lease and remain in effect for as long as you abide by the Terms and Conditions granted herein. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying the PDF music file together with all copies in any form. This Agreement will also terminate if you fail to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

6. ADDITIONAL

All title and copyrights in the music, the PDF music file, and any accompanying materials are protected by law. Unauthorized use of our music is a violation of United States Copyright law and you may be held legally responsible for copyright infringement caused by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

This license is solely for the use described above. No additional use will be made without prior written consent. We reserve all rights not specifically granted herein.
