The purchase of limited licenses for our digital products is currently only available to customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you are outside of these countries and manage to evade our shopping cart restrictions, licenses are not authorized and are null and void. Please do not falsify addresses when attempting to place a purchase. That constitutes fraud. Please contact us if you have questions about the countries we serve.
PURCHASING LICENSES FOR SHEET MUSIC DOWNLOADS
Please purchase a limited reprint license for our Sheet Music Downloads online using our Shopping Cart. Sheet music is only available in the form of licensed digital downloads. Custom print orders of choral scores are no longer offered. Digital downloads are licensed to the retail end-user only. In the case of choral titles, purchases of licensed downloads must be made by a representative of the choral organization that will be performing the piece. We do not license our choral titles to individuals.
WHEN CHECKING OUT FOR THE PURCHASE OF LICENSES FOR CHORAL WORKS (PEL2000 SERIES AND PEL5000 SERIES)
Be sure to enter the Choral Organization in 'Company', and the complete address for that organization under Shipping Address'. This establishes the name of the licensee organization for the authorization we are granting. Our choral works are meant for choirs, not individuals, as licensees/end-user. Licenses for all of our products (and the photocopies allowed by the license) are not transferable to any other party or organization, nor can the license be assigned or distributed to others.
If the billing address for the card you are using for payment is not the same as the Organization and Address under 'Shipping', enter that information separately under 'Billing Address'
FULL SCORE AND INSTRUMENTAL PARTS PACKAGES FOR CHORAL WORKS
Please note that purchasing a license for a full score and parts package to accompany a choral work requires the purchase of a licensed download of the choral score of the same title first. We do not issue full scores and instrumental parts packages as stand-alone products, and therefore the purchase links have been removed. PAYMENT
Prices are quoted and payment is processed in U.S. currency. We accept payment by credit cards processed through our secure merchant account at PayPal. All four major credit cards are welcome. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) Purchases must be made online with a major credit card or PayPal account. We do not accept orders by post mail, phone, or email and we do not invoice.
DOWNLOADING YOUR LICENSED FILE AFTER PAYMENT
Download links will come by separate email to the email address given during check-out. Sometimes this takes a few minutes while the platform is adding your specific watermark/license number to the pdf file. Please be patient during this process but let us know if you simply cannot find your download email message.
If you are purchasing a license for a digital download, you will receive an email with the download link separate from the email with your purchase receipt. (Please check your Junk Folder if you're new to our process.) The download link(s) in the email will allow you to download the file once, and the link is only active for a period of seven days. We recommend that you save the licensed digital file to a secure and convenient location on your device for later retrieval and the making of photocopy reprints per the license included with the file.
PLEASE NOTE:
Licensed downloads may not be purchased by music dealers. We license only to music organizations (choral works) and retail customers (keyboard and ensemble works). Billing and shipping addresses must be in same State and Country (UNITED STATES, Canada, United Kingdom only.) Although it would seem that a shipping address wouldn't be necessary for a digital product, it is the only way that we can keep control of the markets we serve (or don't serve) with our licenses.
