
Borrowing or lending copyrighted music is an infringement of copyright.

Borrowing or renting Paul Halley works from Canadian choral federations, who have never been authorized by Paul Halley or Pelagosmusic in such practice, is and always has been illegal. Pelagosmusic is the exclusive print-publisher and administrator of Paul Halley's music and these works are not available from any other source. Limited reprint licenses of digital files of Paul Halley music is specifically limited to the end-user named in the license and licenses and repritns cannot be used by any other persons or organization.
